While many of us were at home this holiday season commemorating with our loved
ones, thousands of American troops and soldiers were still out serving our country.

Michael Fischer, Petty Officer 3rd Class of the Navy, was one of the lucky men that got to come home for the holidays and spend it with his family; little did he know he was in for an extra surprise.

In the month of December, the Massage Envy New Jersey CoOp held a raffle where
the grand prize was a 16GB Apple® iPad® and Fischer decided to test his luck and enter at the Massage Envy Spa in Branchburg, NJ. Although Fischer was home for the holidays, he had to return to active duty before Massage Envy’s drawing was held on December 28th, missing the announcement that he had won.

Fischer’s mother, Louise, picked up the iPad® in her son’s name with plans of sending him his new, cool electronic immediately.
